Here’s a rundown of my week.
My Birthday
My birthday is November 13.
Yes, this year it falls on a Friday.
I am aware this is creepy as hell but also somewhat fitting for me.
Oh well.
This year, all I ask for is that everyone put aside their political differences…
Ha!
Never gonna happen.
Seriously…
This year, all I ask for is that everyone reading this follow me on Amazon, You can do that by clicking on my Author Page HERE.
Or…
You could buy one of my books or leave a review - or BOTH!
You can do that also by visiting my Author Page HERE.
Both help me greatly!
Thanks and I hope you enjoy your Friday the 13th as well as I will.
Tulsa King
On this week’s Tulsa King, Oklahoma Governor Gretchen Mol (above) shuts down all Stallone’s legal businesses because…I don’t know…data centers I think. Or as that guy from Freaks and Geeks explains, it’s like Google. Only Googleier. Is that a word? Maybe. Probably not. I don’t know. Also in this episode, some guy sells that one guy who last episode burned all those cars a horse for future earnings and that black guy shoots some English guy in the shoulder because he shot at him while having ice cream. Stallone also starts walking with a cane. No nudity. Lots of drama and foul language. Some violence and lots of angry older people. Grab a 12 pack and give it a watch.
Confessions of a Cartel Hitman
Confessions of a Cartel Hitman by Martin Corona is a fast, violent, insane read. Corona details his life, his brutal upbringing, and how it all went bad. He also details his change of heart and attempts to make amends with the families he destroyed through his actions.
Again, this is a fast read. Nothing too deep here. Lots of violence, drug and alcohol usage, murder with guns and garden items, torture, foul language.
Grab a 12 pack and start reading.
Almost Here!

Time Hunter
I’m writing a comic.
Ok, I already wrote a comic.
I did so after learning that a few of my writer friends / colleagues have ventured into the medium.
Yes, the art will be AI (see our hero above) but the story is written by me.
Look for Man is the Prey: Time Hunter, Book 1 in January.
Doorknobs
Oh, hell yeah! You can use these on doorknobs.
Says so right there on the back of the container.
Take that you dirty doorknob!!!
El Sicario: The Autobiography of a Mexican Assassin
El Sicario: The Autobiography of a Mexican Assassin by Molly Molloy and Charles Bowden is little more than the transcript of several recorded interviews with a unidentified cartel killer.
Although there are some interesting stories, this book lacks any real details as the unidentified killer is now a born again Christian who doesn’t like to look back on what he did and saw.
Overall I was very disappointed and give the book a solid C. Violence, foul language, rape, drug and alcohol usage, gun play, murder, and lots of Christ is King moments.
Skip the book and grab a 12 pack instead.
Ted Lasso
Let me start by stating that I like Ted Lasso. I’m not sure why I didn’t catch it when it first came out but am watching it now. I have two episodes left in Season 3. Despite my liking most of the show, I have to say that I find it hard to believe that not one footballer has yet to beat the ever-loving hell out of that coach. No one in the real world would put up with such annoyance. Such dumb stories and puns. Somebody for sure would have already Goodfellows his ass. I’m talking throw that guy down and stop on him.
Anyway, Ted Lasso so far - fun.
Lots of cussing and drinking, violence, feel good stories and crap, little nudity.
Grab a 12 pack and check it out if you haven’t already.
