My brain never stops. It’s always driving forward. It’s a constant barrage of scenes, ideas, songs, memories, and characters. Sometimes I can filter through all this and single in on one thought. Most of the time those thoughts are dumb as hell. Such as with Hoodusa.

Hood + Medusa = Hoodusa

Think Boyz n the Hood meets Menace II Society meets Clash of the Titans. Throw in a 1980’s setting, some John Wick action, a killer soundtrack, and away we go!

Rival gangs must come together in order to survive a robbery gone bad in the tunnels under an abandoned Greek diner.

It goes bad because Medusa…excuse me, Hoodusa…is in the tunnels guarding untold riches.
