Week of July 27, 2026
Here’s a rundown of my week.
The Odyssey
The Odyssey stars Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, Zendaya, Jason Bourne Spider-Man, The Punisher, some really attractive black gal from Kenya whose name I can’t ever pronounce, and about four thousand other people.
It follows some poem that they made fun of on The Simpsons that one time and involves Jason Bourne fighting his way back home from war.
Along the way, he runs into a cyclops guy, a witch who turns his crew into pigs, sirens, an attractive drug pusher, giants, and a lot more.
I saw the movie on IMAX and wouldn’t have seen it any other way.
The Odyssey was epic in scale and story and I highly recommend it if you have three hours set aside for a movie.
