Here’s a rundown of my week.
New Ghost
Deb Crowe sent me the following just after entering hospice care.
”My 2 requests? Is there anyway you would share just a brief synopsis of the next book? I’m really invested in the stories. Also, do you mind skipping me for the “Dead.” posts you do? If anything, say New Ghost. Otherwise I will haunt your ass.
Big fan Gayne. Hope you continue to rock this world.
See ya on the other side. Will have a cold one & a cigar waiting.”
The fact that she was on her last legs but thought to send me a note was true Deb. She was a great lady and always thinking of others. She also carried a very dry sense of humor (like me) and was absolutely beautiful.
I’m going to hold you to your promise of a cold one and a cigar, Deb. I’ll see you on the other side.
